DID'S AND DIDN'TS

Donald and Sarah’s car broke down at 1 AM Thursday morning, so we DID drive 3 hours round trip to get them before the storm came. However, we DID get home before sunrise. :)

Bek and Han DIDN’T win their tournament. They lost 40-41 in OT. Total bummer. They came in second place.

We DID have a blizzard with about a foot of snow. Second most snow in this area since keeping records.

We DIDN’T have Mary’s baby shower because of the storm.

:(

Laura DID make it home safely from college the night of the blizzard or should I say morning as she didn’t arrive home until 3:30 AM Saturday morning. We waited up until about 2:00 AM.

Josh, Mary and friend Erica DID stay here instead of driving home the night of the blizzard.

Laura’s college basketball team DID spend Monday night. Twenty people sleeping in one house! Lots of chicken, macaroni & cheese, potatoes, corn, green beans, rolls, cake, pancakes, sausage, water, juice and milk and lost sleep later they left for Kentucky.

We DID lose way more than ONE hour of sleep this weekend.

Keith and the girls DID arrive safely home late Sunday afternoon after surviving 2 feet of snow in Erie, PA.

We DIDN’T have heart attacks when we saw the price of gas was $3.45 a gallon!

Ha-I like the say you set up your entry. Very cute :) I was so bummed for Beka and Hannah when I found out they lost by one point! They must have been played really well. And I'm glad you survived Laura's team staying at your house. It must have been madness :) I don't think I could have handled it.

Ugh about the gas prices :(

See you tomorrow!

22 girls in your house! Wow! It reminds me of Mary's slumber/birthday parties in highschool...but the most we had were 15 girls! Glad everyone survived the blizzard. God is good!

WOW, that is a whole lot of did's and didn't! Totally love how you did this blog.

Good job on the girls winning 2nd place! That was a close game. We'll pray they win 1st place next time.

Gas prices are no fun. Amazingly, we were blessed the other day and filled up with gas for $2.95 a gallon. Very unusual for the West coast, for sure.

I've never been to a real slumber party. Maybe someday.
